Ocean Network Express (ONE) released details of its new Asia-East Coast South America (ECSA) service that will replace the current IPANEMA. The new service will be operated by Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC), with 5 ships, while Hapag-Lloyd and ONE will each operate 4 vessels.<\/p>\n

Maersk and Hamburg Sud will buy slots on this service, which will be mainly designed to service Rio Grande, since its new sling will not call at this port.<\/p>\n

The port rotation will be Busan – Shanghai – Ningbo – Shekou – Yantian – Hong Kong – Singapore – Santos – Paranagu\u00e1 – Navegantes – Montevideo – Buenos Aires – Rio Grande – Navegantes – Paranagu\u00e1 – Santos – Port Elizabeth – Port Kelang – Singapore – Hong Kong \u2013 Busan.<\/p>\n

The first vessel is scheduled to leave Busan in the second week of December.<\/p>\n

The service will call at BTP in Santos, Terminal Cuenca Del Plata in Montevideo, and at Exolgan in Buenos Aires.<\/p>\n

Japan’s Ocean Network Express (ONE) is expanding its Asia-South America service together with Hapag-Lloyd and MSC.<\/p>\n

The new service will connect Asia with the east coast of South America and call on major ports in Korea, China, Singapore, Brazil, Uruguay, Argentina and South Africa.<\/div>\n
“The new product offers market-leading transit times, reliable on-time service between Asia and the east coast of South America and enhanced inbound coverage for Santa Catarina state,” ONE said in a statement.<\/div>\n
The carrier said the new service will commence from Busan in week 50 (2nd week of December 2018).<\/div>\n
The rotation of the new service is: Busan, Shanghai, Ningbo, Shekou, Yantian, Hong Kong, Singapore, Santos, Paranagua, Navegantes, Montevideo, Buenos Aires, Rio Grande, Navegantes, Paranagua, Santos, Coega, (Port Kelang), Singapore, Hong Kong and returning to Busan.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Ocean Network Express (ONE) announced the further expansion of its Asia – east coast South America service as a follow-up to the earlier announcement detailing the expanded cooperation with Hapag Lloyd.<\/div>\n

A week ago, ONE announced the expansion of its Asia-South America service. \u00a0ONE had said it is cooperating with Hapag-Lloyd and Mediterranean Shipping Co. (MSC) in the Asia-South America trade lane.<\/div>\n

Commencing in the 2nd week of December 2018, the additional weekly offering will enhance ONE\u2019s service frequency and broaden its coverage between Asia and the east coast of South America, it said in a press release.<\/div>\n
